Meet the Orlando Skin Solutions Team

In 2001, Dr. Gustav Lo opened Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in Petoskey. The success of this vision led to the Traverse City location in 2009 and Naples in 2022. Dr. Lo was the first to pioneer Smartlipo laser assisted liposuction in northern Michigan. He has trained with many top cosmetic surgeons in the field. In addition, Dr. Lo has also performed hundreds of nonsurgical facelifts with FaceTite, Laser Lift, ThermiTight, and Thread Lift.

During his 30 year career as a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Lo first applied regenerative medical techniques such as PRP injections to orthopedic cases in the early 2000’s; following those successes, he then brought similar techniques to our aesthetic practice.

Our results mirrored the research findings in other centers – regenerative techniques can reverse some degenerative conditions and “youthify” our tissues and physiology. With that, he founded RegenCen (a separate division of CSLC) in Traverse City and Petoskey, Michigan, and Boca Grande and Naples, Florida as a treatment center dedicated to helping patients extend their healthspans and live their fullest lives.

RegenCen merges the most proven regenerative treatments like PRF injections, NAD+, and the InMode Empower platform with bioidentical hormone and testosterone optimization for men and women, tackling some of the biggest impediments to living well over 50.

RegenCen also offers a prescription weight loss program, provides Ozempic or semaglutide for patients, and offers a results-proven treatment plan including the Skinny Shot and NAD+ therapy to help patients lose unwanted weight and keep it off.

Dr. Lo earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his MD from Michigan State University. He founded Northern Michigan MedCenter primary care and urgent care centers, operating them for 30 years with over 1 million total patient visits.

His professional time as a Physician now is practicing at RegenCen and overseeing Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center. He has performed over 4000 liposuction procedures in Petoskey and Traverse City and thousands of transformational Laser Lift treatments for his patients. He continues to see patients regularly, offering them regenerative therapies for erectile dysfunction, orthopedic conditions, arthritis and male testosterone replacement, was well as supervising our Physician Associates who specialize in women’s care.

As regenerative medicine continues to advance, Dr. Lo and his team are dedicated to the “youthification” of our clients, bringing exciting, scientifically proven treatments to patients in Traverse City, Petoskey, and Naples who want to look, feel, and live better at every stage of life.

Dr. Lo is extremely hands-on in his approach, personally consulting with his clients to ensure the best outcome attainable.

Rheema, our Expert Aesthetic Injector in our Winter Park office, holds her USF Bachelors in Public Health and Biomedical Sciences, her USF Masters in Medical Sciences, and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University. She was trained by an Allergan Trainer for several months directly out of PA school for the sole purpose of becoming a great aesthetic injector.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Rheema reading, crocheting, and trying out new restaurants.

Samiha Rahman, PA-C is our Florida Regenerative Medicine, Bioidentical Hormone & Medical Weight Loss Specialist.

She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, FL and her Bachelor of Health Science from University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.

She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at UF Health Physical Rehabilitation Center, completed dermatology-focused clinical rotations throughout 2023, and uses her knowledge to help patients make the best decisions regarding their aesthetic and regenerative health treatments.

Samiha loves this industry for the opportunity to consult with patients about ways to improve their lifestyle and then getting the chance to be a part of their journey to optimize the way they look on the outside and feel on the inside.

She is empathetic and positive, caring, and easy to talk to, which our patients (and our staff!) love about her. She will make you feel both comfortable and educated during your visits to CSLC / RegenCen.

During her free time, Samiha loves going to theme parks, watching the most beautiful Florida sunsets on the beach, and trying new cuisines.

Caitlyn joined us in 2023 as our Ann Arbor Lead Client Coordinator. She’s from the small town of Petersburg, MI.

She graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Marketing from the University of Toledo, 2017 and has over seven years of experience in the cosmetics and medical aesthetics industry and her passion for skin health that began when medical grade skincare completely transformed her skin and improved her confidence.

Caitlyn enjoys her career and being a part of each patient’s entire journey. Her favorite part is seeing the impact that aesthetic and regenerative medicine have on individuals of all ages with customized treatment plans. She loves that the industry is continually evolving in technology and science to produce better results for our patients.

When not at work, you’ll find Caitlyn raveling, hiking trails, cycling, listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time with her two black lab mix rescue dogs, Laya and Gemma.

Brianna’s passion for helping people achieve healthy, radiant skin began when she worked at a dermatology office in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to our team, Brianna gained extensive experience working at a local day spa. Desiring to provide more effective solutions for her clients’ skincare concerns, she transitioned to a medical spa setting. Brianna is meticulous in the care of her clients, carefully analyzing their needs and listening to their goals to create the best personalized treatment plan for them. She is always studying the latest advancements and products to provide her clients with the most up-to-date and effective treatments available. In her downtime, Brianna enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Ashley’s passion for skincare was ignited when she worked at a day spa in her hometown in Massachusetts. She enjoys putting a smile on the face of her clients, while positively transforming the health of their skin. Ashley loves working closely with people to help them achieve optimal results while providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. She believes every client should feel confident from the inside out. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.

A Utah native, Brooks developed a desire and passion for skincare that stemmed from struggling with rosacea and psoriasis while growing up. Working at a local day spa prior to joining our team provided Brooks with an ample amount of experience with skincare treatments, along with a passion for furthering her knowledge and training. To utilize her paramedical esthetics education, along with the opportunity to offer clients the most effective treatments and skincare solutions for their concerns, Brooks made the leap to the medical spa setting. She continues to learn and grow within her field by staying up-to-date on the latest product innovations and treatment offerings. In her free time, Brooks enjoys frequent trips to theme parks, reading countless books, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Tramy grew up in Merritt Island, Florida. She is passionate about all things related to health and beauty. Tramy offers extensive experience pertaining to administration, customer support, and health promotion services. In Tramy’s free time, you can catch her at the beach with her family and friends, traveling, or enjoying concerts.

Jharlyn was born and raised in New York City and moved to Florida to be closer to her family, this is also where she attended college and graduated with an Associates in Arts Degree at Valencia College. Since then she has been blessed to work in a variety of fields that have allowed her to grow as a professional.

Jharlyn is an advocate for self-care and overall wellness and loves to help clients manage their self-care journey. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. You can catch her either playing cards or hanging out by the water!

A Central Florida native, Rebekah has a passion for helping others look and feel their best. She is an active member of the National Student Nurses’ Association and aspires to further her education by becoming a Nurse Practitioner practicing in Aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, live music, and spending time with her family and her dog, Willow.
